Radicalized on the Internet
The young man becomes increasingly radicalized via the Internet, describes himself as a devout Muslim and glorifies the Islamic State – he begins to change his appearance, beard, harem pants. The knife should never be missing. The young person maintains his contact with the outside world through social networks and dreams of a caliphate. In his profile picture, the guy is holding a combat knife in his hand. With his other hand he shows the IS salute. In a chat group on Telegram he threatened to carry out an attack in Vienna with a combat knife. When asked by the other chat participants, he reassured them and wrote that they would refrain from carrying out an attack.
