Assystem, the world’s second largest nuclear company, is investing £5m in the next generation of female engineers in the UK through its Technical Graduate Scheme.

This recruitment program is part of a five-year investment, launched in 2021, that will support the training and development of at least 100 women by 2025-6 in new nuclear power plant construction positions.
