Comments: Concerning the indicators relating to 31/12/2021: The indicators (Premiums issued, expenses of claims declared in progress, commissions and financial income), do not appear through the financial statements 31/12 in an individualized manner. They are taken from the Company’s management statements (production statements

and claims) and available accounting statements (balance).

COMMENTS: 1/ Bases used for the development of quarterly indicators at 31

MARCH 2022: The indicators are established by reference to the principles and accounting conventions provided for by law n°96-112 of 30-12-1996 approving the conceptual framework of accounting,

and accounting principles provided for by the sectoral standards for insurance companies

and/or reinsurance (NCT n° 26 to 31).

  • The most significant accounting principles: Recognition of investment income: Investment income includes income from real estate investments, financial income from securities and other investments (loans, deposits and others). They are valued by category of investment, in accordance with the principles provided for by the accounting standard relating to investments ininsurance and/or reinsurance companies (NC

T no. 31). 2/Presentation of the salient facts that marked the activity of the Compagnie du 1 er

January to March 31, 2022:

2-1/ Production:Exceptional growth in the Company’s overall production of 34.55%, driven by a set of branches including in particular the Life, Automobile, Group Health, Fire & Multi-risk and Special Risks branches. The Transport branch recorded a decline in its activity linked to the departure ofa major case in Petroleum Risks falling within the scope of appeals for

public offers (about 3MD). It should be noted that this change is of an exceptional nature. following the conclusion of a contractimportant in Life-Capitalization insurance, having generated a volume of premiums of approximately 21MD at the end of the reference period. Excluding this contract, the increase in production would be

about 4%.

2-2/ Claims: Claims of the Company was established at the end

March 2022 to 15.50% compared to 17.62% in the same period in 2021, an improvement of 2.11 points.

2-3/ Investments: An increase in investment income as of March 31, 2022 of about

0.648 MD, coming in particular from income from our securities portfolio.
