Two Syrians are said to have exploited a minor’s alcohol intoxication for sexual abuse. The trial was postponed.
The public prosecutor’s office has made serious allegations against two Syrians (both 19) living in Pinzgau: it is about rape and abuse of a defenseless person. On the night of December 25th, Christmas Eve, the two Syrians visited a bar in Saalfelden. There they met the victim, a 17-year-old girl. The alcohol was flowing. The acts of abuse are said to have occurred in the apartment of a 19-year-old: the first one is said to have attacked her that night. Then the second one early in the morning. A defendant also admitted to sex at the trial on Friday. But: “It wasn’t forced, but consensual.” The other denies any contact. But: His DNA in the victim’s intimate area incriminates him. The judge postponed the proceedings.
