Fabien Roussel may be a communist, he is the only left-wing presidential candidate (and there are many) to find favor in the eyes of macronie and the right, where his security or nuclear positions are appreciated. On Sunday, the boss of the French Communist Party (PCF), who focuses a good part of his campaign on the rejection of leftism embodied by his competitors PS, EELV or LFI, again received praise from the other side of the chessboard, in the person of Jean-Michel Blanquer.
