Duchess Meghan is in a celebratory mood at the Invictus Games

Alongside her husband Prince Harry, Duchess Meghan has now thrown herself into the crowds at the Invictus Games.
Finally, Prince Harry (38) no longer has to celebrate without his loved one: Since Tuesday (September 12th), Duchess Meghan (42) has also arrived in Düsseldorf, where the sixth edition of the Invictus Games has been taking place for a few days. After the couple attended a first event outside of sporting competitions shortly after Meghan’s arrival, they now plunged into the hustle and bustle in the stands together.
Together, the Sussexes watched a wheelchair basketball game between Australia and Ukraine. Pictures show the two cheering exuberantly, enthusiastically cheering and chatting with the surrounding fans. Recordings, that are making the rounds on social networks, show Harry and Meghan’s full physical effort. On September 12th, Duchess Meghan commented on her slightly late arrival at the “Friends @ Home Event” in Düsseldorf: “It’s so special to be here and I’m sorry that I was a little late to the party.” , “People” quotes the Duchess. So she had to look after “the little ones” – son Archie (4) and daughter Lilibet (2) – for a little longer than initially planned.
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan will remain in Germany until September 16th. Then the big closing ceremony takes place. It is not yet clear what role the 42-year-old will play in this. Initially it was said that she would “personally moderate” the stories of the war-disabled competitors and those of their families.
However, this information has now disappeared from the Invictus Games website. Instead it says: “Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier will thank the participants for their commitment in a speech. Hadnet Tesfai will then moderate a segment in which competitors will touchingly talk about what home means to them.”
