At the foot of the Eiffel Tower, an incredible diving session

What could be better than a hot, summer day for such an appointment. On Saturday, the second stage of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series was held at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in the presence of many spectators.

The world elite of high-flying diving was gathered for the first time in the history of the competition in Paris. On the men’s side, the Romanian Catalin Preda, 30, won, creating a surprise by beating the Frenchman, at home, Gary Hunt, nine times winner of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. The latter had to settle for a magnificent second place, ahead of the Romanian Constantin Popovici.
