By letter received on September 23, 2022, the company incorporated under American law (State of Colorado) Irata LLC1 (7424 S University Blvd Unit E #207, Centennial, Colorado 80122, USA), amended its Statement of Purpose as follows:
“Irata LLC declares:
Mr. Wade J. Rosen acts alone and plans to pursue acquisitions of ATARI shares according to market conditions;
Mr. Wade J. Rosen now plans to acquire control of ATARI;
In this context, discussions are in progress between Irata LLC and ATARI concerning a possible draft voluntary public offer which would be filed by Irata LLC on the ATARI securities not already held by Irata LLC. Irata LLC specified that the ongoing discussions have not yet been concluded and that it will inform the AMF and the market as soon as an agreement relating to such an offer has been reached.
The proposed takeover of ATARI by Mr. Wade J. Rosen is part of his desire to support ATARI’s strategy.
