(Boursier.com) — Atland Voisin announces the merger of the historic SCPIs Immo Placement and Foncière Rémusat. The 7,000 partners of the two fixed-capital SCPIs approved the merger-absorption proposed by ATLAND Voisin.
This operation creates a total of more than 300 ME in capitalization, with more than 260 assets located in the heart of French metropolises and intermediate towns, and leased to more than 500 companies; a merger which increases the diversification of the assets and the pooling of the income of the two funds, which contributes to strengthening the distribution and return prospects for the partners in the long term.

“Immo Placement and Foncière Rémusat have proven their attractiveness to savers for 55 years and 34 years respectively. This merger-absorption marks the culmination of the work undertaken for several years by ATLAND Voisin to create the historic SCPI with fixed capital of reference. This new entity, which takes the name Immo Placement, has all the advantages: in terms of real estate, a high-quality, shared and diversified complementary portfolio with a financial occupancy rate of around 95%; in terms of financial, a 2023 distributed income which should be up compared to 2022, a forecast 2023 distribution rate of around 5.50%, a share price discounted by almost 10% compared to its reconstitution value, and reserves which represent more than 140 days of income distributed” specifies Jean-Christophe Antoine, President of ATLAND Voisin.
