(AOF) – Atos today announces the appointment of a new administrator to strengthen its Board of Directors, in view of the ongoing transformation of the company. At its meeting on April 2, the Board of Directors approved, on the recommendation of the Nominations and Governance Committee, the co-optation of Alain Crozier as a new independent director for the remaining term of office of Carlo d’Asaro Biondo , i.e. until the Annual General Meeting which will be held in 2024.
Alain Crozier is senior advisor at Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners). His experience of more than 30 years in the management and development of international technology companies will bring additional expertise to the Board of Directors, as the group continues its transformation.
He joined the Microsoft group in 1994 and held various management positions for nearly 30 years. Former Chairman and CEO of Microsoft Greater China, President of Microsoft France, he was also CFO of Microsoft Global Sales, Marketing, Services, and Operations.
He led the outsourcing and transformation of Microsoft’s global sales, finance, HR and operations at scale, as well as the repositioning of the business in China, around new growth drivers: digital native, go global and global strategic partnerships.
