(CercleFinance.com) – Atos announces today that it has been selected by Venator to automate the calculation of the carbon footprint of its products.
The digital solution deployed by Atos will enable Venator to provide its customers with more detailed data on the carbon footprint of its products.
Venator will also be able to assess the CO2 emissions generated by its portfolio and its production network in order to carry out actions that will reduce the carbon impact.
Until March 2023, Venator will deploy Atos’ digital solution dedicated to the calculation of the carbon footprint of chemical industry products in order to extract indicators from its ERP and data management systems.
“Venator is in a good position to implement an automated calculation of the carbon footprint of its products thanks to the excellence of its database and its ERP processes,” comments Stuart Lemmon, Head of Decarbonization at Atos.
