(CercleFinance.com) – Atos indicates that it has been informed that discussions with Airbus concerning the sale of its BDS (Big Data & Security) activity will not continue.
‘Atos analyzes the resulting situation and actively evaluates strategic alternatives which will take into account the sovereignty imperatives of the French State’ indicates management.
Consequently, the Company is postponing the publication of its 2023 annual results until the near future to allow it to evaluate its strategic options.
Remember that the group also announced at the end of February the failure of its negotiations with EP Equity Investment (EPEI), the holding company of Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky which was considering buying its historic activities.
