(CercleFinance.com) – The company Merrill Lynch International declared to the AMF that it had individually exceeded, on March 19, 2024, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Atos and individually held 5.15 % of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Atos shares on the market and an increase in the number of Atos shares held by assimilation.
