PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Atos announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors has decided to appoint a new management team, taking office as of today.
This management team will be made up of Nourdine Bihmane, group general manager and co-CEO in charge of the Tech Foundations activity, the improvement of operational performance and in particular cash generation.
Diane Galbe has been appointed deputy general manager of the group in charge of steering strategic projects and all of the group’s support functions. Philippe Oliva becomes co-CEO in charge of the Digital, Big Data and Security activity, as well as the acceleration and innovation plan for these growth activities.
“Philippe Oliva retains his corporate office as Deputy CEO of the group,” said the digital services company.
This new management team will be responsible for implementing the group’s operational performance improvement plan and its strategic transformation project, Atos explained.
Rodolphe Belmer is stepping down as CEO of Atos on Wednesday.
