(CercleFinance.com) – The Goldman Sachs Group declared to the AMF that it had crossed downward, on January 11, 2024, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Atos and held, indirectly through of the companies it controls, 1.96% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Atos shares and a reduction in the number of Atos shares held by assimilation.
