(CercleFinance.com) – The Goldman Sachs Group declared to the AMF that on January 4, 2024 it crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Atos and held, indirectly through of the companies it controls, 6.77% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market acquisition of Atos shares and an increase in the number of Atos shares held by assimilation.
