PARIS, Oct 4 (Reuters) – The process of splitting up the Atos group, initially scheduled for the end of 2023, is progressing faster than expected and the operation should be finalized at the end of June 2023, BFM Business reported on Tuesday, without specifying its sources.
Also according to BFM Business, Bertrand Meunier, president of the IT services group and target of several minority shareholders, will leave his post next summer once this split is complete. (Written by Myriam Rivet, edited by Matthieu Protard)
