The arrival, at 1er January 2022, of the new CEO, Rodolphe Belmer, should enable Atos to start the year on a good footing. The task of the former managing director of Canal+ and Eutelsat was great: to make people forget the missteps of the digital services company (ESN) in terms of communication, after attempts to take over companies that did not correspond to the announced strategy and a warning on the results for the year 2021 – which turned out to be disappointing, down 2.5% at constant exchange rates. These are the only accounts that Rodolphe Belmer was able to present, before submitting his resignation. A small tour and then leaves: the leader thus created the surprise, on June 14, by announcing his departure, effective on July 13.
