(AOF) – Micropole confirms that discussions were held with several investors considering the submission of an offer competing with Miramar’s proposed offer. Following these discussions, Micropole received non-binding indicative offers from some of these industrial and financial investors. “These indicative offers highlight valuations of the Company significantly higher than that presented in Miramar’s current proposed offer,” specifies a press release.
The Company has asked these investors to submit binding offers, if applicable, by May 28 at the latest.
Furthermore, and to enable the Finexsi firm, acting as an independent expert, to finalize its work, the Company plans to file with the AMF its draft response note relating to Miramar’s offer on May 14, at place of May 6, 2024.
