The prosecution accuses the Turk of having waylaid his brother-in-law around 11 p.m. in the town center, with whom he is said to have been sitting peacefully just a short time before. He is said to have thrown a beer bottle at the passing car to stop him. “Come here, I’ll kill you,” he called out and also threatened his brother-in-law’s wife – his own sister – and the children with death.
