Attacked by Nabilla, the real estate agent denounces blackmail and death threats

But what happened between Nabilla and the real estate agency responsible for housing her in Paris? While living in Dubai for several years, the influencer decided to return to France to give birth to her second child. But before giving birth to her little Leyann, who was born on Sunday June 5, 2022, she had denounced on her social networks a “amazing scam“ which she suffered from a real estate agency responsible for finding her an apartment in the capital. It was while she was shipping things to her new cozy nest that the ex-reality TV star discovered the “deception”. “People weren’t even aware that someone was coming”she thus specified, and to add that she had therefore undertaken to “heavy procedures”while she poured “a certain sum” money to ensure the rental of this property.

While Nabilla gave the name of the agency in question on social networks, The Address, the president and founder of the latter wanted to react to TV Magazine. The opportunity in particular for Olivier Thomas to restore his truth on the course of the facts. Thus, he explains that he was in contact with the assistant of Nabilla and Thomas Vergara to find them a property, until a “fellow real estate agent and concierge” finds them an apartment in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, which they “reservation with the owner”. “Everything was going well, we continued to work with our concierge service to respond to the couple’s various requests for services. Until the day when, at the end of April, the owner of the apartment decided not to rent it anymore for some reason I don’t know”, he says. A “disappointment” specifies Olivier Thomas, who explains that, if the owner was able to retract, it is because the rental contract had not been signed.

Threatened with death, the agent files a complaint

From then on, the real estate agent went in search of a new property for Nabilla and her family, without however having an answer. “A few days later, I received a call from a friend of Nabilla, a lawyer from Marseille, who yelled at me to ask me to reimburse the money paid with, in addition, double the amount in damages”he confided, before denouncing the threat he says he received: “In case of refusal on my part, any the story was about to be told on social media.” But this story would not have stopped there, since a few days later, Olivier Thomas claims to have “received a telephone message, with supporting photos, from Nabilla’s husband with death threats against [lui] [ses] collaborators and [ses] children”.

“He told me he paid 15,000 euros from people to put a contract on our head. Crazy things!“ he thus denounced, specifying that he had not responded to these threats and had transmitted them to his lawyer. “These behaviors are intolerable”he laments, specifying that he has filed a complaint. To TVMagazine, Olivier Thomas then assured that, for a few hours, contact with Nabilla and Thomas Vergara had been renewed. If for the moment the couple has not been reimbursed, it is because the real estate agent is waiting for the two parties to find “a written and signed agreement”. “Obviously I have no problem giving her back this money, it’s completely normal. But I don’t agree to pay her 20,000 euros more. I also want her to make a correction on the networks social”he concluded.
