It contains the agenda of this Meeting, the draft resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors and the main terms of participation, voting and exercise of shareholders.
All documents and information concerning this Meeting (mainly included in the 2023 Universal Registration Document filed with the AMF on April 15, 2024 under number No. D.24-0285) are made available to shareholders in the conditions and deadlines provided for by the regulations in force and in particular, the information referred to in article R.225-73-1 of the Commercial Code published on the website www.aubay.com.
