Audacia is pleased to announce the appointment of Frédéric Leclerc to the position of Real Estate Capital Director. Frédéric has over twenty years of recognized expertise in real estate asset management. He has worked for both real estate “pure players” and large international groups. Head of Investment at UBS for 15 years, Frédéric was notably responsible for a portfolio of assets of more than two billion euros pursuing core and value add strategies and participated in the completion of numerous transactions for a cumulative amount of more than a billion and a half euros.
Through this recruitment, Audacia confirms its desire to invest in innovative and fast-growing segments within managed real estate.
