(Boursier.com) — AudioValley rises by nearly 1% to 1.07 euro this Friday, while the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of June 15 endorsed the desire to refocus the group’s activity on its ‘core business’ and to take the name of Targetspot . The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders also approved the change of name of AudioValley to “Targetspot” and the principle of the sale of Winamp SA.

In addition, the Ordinary General Meeting extended to June 15, 2022, which was held just after the EGM, made it possible to approve the Group’s 2021 statutory annual accounts.
Details on the timetable for the implementation of the decisions will be provided, as soon as possible, in the coming weeks…

As a reminder, the sale of AudioValley’s subsidiary, Winamp SA, aims to better meet shareholders’ expectations. Targetspot, which represents more than 90% of the group’s turnover, will become the sole activity of the company. Shareholders will thus be able to benefit from Targetspot’s growth in the digital audio advertising market (€26 million in revenue in 2021).
For its part, Winamp SA, which still requires a significant investment, given the massive recruitment plan in progress and while awaiting the first income, will continue its development outside of AudioValley SA.
Among the latest analysts’ opinions, Midcap Partners has gone back to ‘buying’, targeting a price of 3 euros…
