(Boursier.com) — The half-yearly activity ofAugros Cosmetic Packaging is down 9% compared to 2022, at 9.32 ME. After the 13% increase in the first half, annual activity therefore ended at +2%, at €20.87 million.
This slowdown is the consequence of the decline in perfumery sales worldwide, significant in China, the consequence of which was a slowdown in packaging supplies to the entire profession.
Furthermore, the delay in manufacturing launches of new products postponed to Q1 2024 has amplified the phenomenon, explains the company which forecasts a weaker first half of 2024 than 2023.
