Auplata Mining Group: Deferred General Meeting

(Boursier.com) — Auplata Mining Group (AMG) informs the market of the granting of its request to postpone the holding of its annual general meeting and provides an update on the closing of its annual company and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2022 .

Following the filing with the President of the Mixed Court of Cayenne of a request to obtain an extension, until September 30, 2023, for the holding of its annual general meeting, the company AMG announces that the Court Mixte de Cayenne issued an order on June 23, granting the extension of the holding of the meeting until September 30 at the latest.

The company will inform the market as soon as possible of the date for calling and holding the annual general meeting.

Despite its best efforts, the group will not be able to publish its annual report on the parent company and consolidated financial statements. from the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022 to June 30.

As part of the confirmation of financial and non-financial information, various external studies have been commissioned (in particular the analysis of resources in Peru and the situation of mining titles in French Guyana), these having recently been received, the company is making its best efforts to publish the 2022 annual report as soon as possible.

The audit of the consolidated financial statements by the Board of Statutory Auditors also, pending these external studies, may enter the revision phase. Once finalized, the annual and consolidated financial statements as well as the 2022 annual report will be submitted to the Audit Committee and presented, for approval, to the AMG Board of Directors.

A press release will be published by the end of next week on the unaudited consolidated results.
