Aurora Ramazotti and Michelle Hunziker are not only a famous mother-daughter team, but also mostly one heart and one soul. At “Children’s Day” in Berlin, Aurora explains why Grandma Michelle is still sometimes annoying when it comes to raising children.

Although Aurora and her mother have a strong bond and share almost everything, the eldest is sometimes annoyed by her mom’s grandma skills. Almost surprising. Because after Michelle’s regular emotional outbursts and tears of joy regarding her little grandson, you would have thought that she would be the ultimate super grandma. Is she not giving her daughter enough space with Cesare?
That’s apparently not the case. According to Aurora, Michelle doesn’t even get involved enough. “She doesn’t want to annoy me. And then I think she’s not interested,” the new mom tells RTL. Who would have thought. Fortunately, this is a misunderstanding that can be quickly resolved. Because if grandma is needed, she will of course be there straight away. “At the end, when I ask her for advice, of course she’s the best person in the world,” Aurora confirms Michelle’s grandma qualities.
Michelle Hunziker: So super grandma after all?
At 46, Michelle Hunziker is as fit as ever. Aurora and her long-time partner Goffredo Cerza fulfilled their wish of becoming a grandmother at a young age. A few years ago, the presenter revealed to the German “People” magazine: “I always hoped to become a grandmother very early!” The excess energy is now used to raise children.

Although it may not always be the case with Aurora: Grandma Michelle loves Cesare more than anything. The presenter has already proven this on Instagram. She jumped for joy on the social media platform when she announced her daughter’s baby news. Aurora knows why: “She always wanted a boy, she has three daughters. So now she is very happy to have a boy!” She seems happy and at the same time grateful for her mother’s concern. “It’s only when you become a mother yourself that you realize what your mother sacrificed for you. You want your mother around you even more,” explains the 26-year-old, why Michelle’s support is so important to her.

The daughter of Michelle Hunziker and Eros Ramazzotti knows what it feels like to grow up in the public eye. As a celebrity daughter, she became a target for photographers early on. There was no social media back then. The pictures of her that were made public were paparazzi shots. Such photos were the only opportunity for “normal people” to take part in everyday celebrity life; they were given more meaning.
Even though her childhood wasn’t shared online, Aurora remembers the time with mixed feelings. It was not uncommon for her to be compared to her famous high-flyer mother. She even had to go to therapy because of it. The new mom wants more privacy for her little Cesare. That’s why she won’t show his face on Instagram and the like.
