Aurore Bergé on the Socialist Party: “We have witnessed an unprecedented liquidation of inheritance”

Guest of the Morning on CNEWS, this Friday, May 6, the deputy of Yvelines Aurore Bergé reacted to the alliance between the Socialist Party and La France insoumise for the legislative elections.

The elected Renaissance, formerly La République en Marche, considered this decision of the Socialist Bet to ally itself with La France insoumise as an “unprecedented liquidation of inheritance”, to the “sacrifice of a hundred candidates of the Socialist Party which had been invested.

As a reminder, Thursday evening, the PS parliament adopted 62% of the agreement with La France insoumise for the legislative elections next June, after sometimes tense debates.

Of 292 voters in the National Council, 167 voted for the agreement, 101 against and 24 abstained, announced the PS.

An investiture event of the New Popular Ecological and Social Union (Nupes), with LFI, EELV and the PS, is to be held on Saturday in Aubervilliers near Paris.
