The return of Sarentu
In Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, you play as a Na’vi after being kidnapped by the RDA as a child to become part of the Ambassador program and to be raised like humans. After all these years away from your world and your people, you know nothing about its values. You are one of the last representatives of the highly respected Sarentu clan, a clan that everyone thought had disappeared for years.
During the Battle of Hallelujah Mountains, which takes place during the first Avatar film, you are put into an emergency cryo-sleep as the GDR evacuates Pandora. Fifteen years later, you wake up and set foot on Pandora, your own world which is nevertheless foreign to you.
Clans and Companions
To help you reconnect with Pandora and learn the ways of the Na’vi, you will encounter different clans as you explore the Western Frontier. You will cross paths with the Aranahe, a clan of weavers proud of their traditions, the Zeswa, a clan of nomads ready to fight the GDR, and the Kame’tire, a clan of enigmatic and reclusive healers.
These Na’vi will teach you how to bond with your banshee, or ikran. Once your bond is established, you will be able to explore and defend Pandora with your companion in many ways; you can even jump off a cliff and call your ikran to experience Pandora from the air. You will also learn to ride like the Na’vi on the back of an equidius.
Protect Pandora
More dangerous than ever, the RDA has returned to Pandora, once again threatening its thriving ecosystems and the clans that live there. Your will is unwavering: you will stop him and prevent him from destroying your home world. Fight the GDR using Na’vi weapons, but also with their own weapons. Use your prodigious strength and agility, craft new equipment, and upgrade your skills and weapons while protecting and healing Pandora.
