(CercleFinance.com) – Avenir Telecom announces that, following its general meeting of August 18, it has decided to implement a consolidation of the shares making up its share capital, on the basis of one new share against 80 old ones.
“This consolidation aims to allow the group to reconnect with a stock market price more in line with market standards and investor expectations, while tending to reduce the volatility of the title,” explains the smartphone and accessories company.
The consolidation operations will begin on September 12 and will end on October 13, the first day of listing for the consolidated shares. The ability to exercise securities giving access to the company’s capital will be suspended from September 12 to October 12 (inclusive).
