The second includes Arboucave, Argelos, Aubagnan, Bats, Bélus, Beyries, Castaignos-Souslens, Cazalis, Clèdes, Coudures, Hagetmau, Labas-de-Chalosse, Lacajunte, Lacrabe, Marpaps, Momuy, Morganx, Nassiet, Payros-Cazautets, Pimbo , Puyol-Cazalet, Sainte-Colombe, Samadet, Serres-Gaston, Urgons and Vielle-Tursan.

Thursday, December 23, the prefecture of Pyrénées-Atlantiques had already set up a restricted area, after the detection of an infection of avian influenza “highly pathogenic” in Malaussanne. The Landes had then put in place protective measures, including the commune of Mant, as well as a surveillance zone, including that of Castelner.

Sunday, December 19, the first Landes case was confirmed in Hastingues. At the Basque border, a second farm was slaughtered three days later.
