Defy the yo-yo effect with the right nutrition

The pursuit of physical goals is often accompanied by proper nutrition – even after Lent. So if you want to consciously take action against the yo-yo effect, according to the doctor, you should consume enough protein a day. "Around one gram per kilogram of body weight in healthy kidneys," advises Dr. med. Shepherd. This amount would not only ensure a healthy feeling of fullness, but would also help to maintain the muscles.
