(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock Inc., acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, told the AMF that on October 21, 2022 it crossed the 5% threshold of the capital of AXA and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 4.99% of the capital and 4.20% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from a decrease in the number of AXA shares held as collateral.
