(CercleFinance.com) – AXA announces that it has successfully finalized its ‘Shareplan 2023’ employee shareholding offer reserved for its employees both in France and internationally, launched in August 2023.
The company indicates that more than 23,000 employees from 40 countries, representing approximately 21% of the relevant employee workforce, have subscribed to Shareplan 2023 and are investing in AXA shares under preferential conditions.
The total subscription amounts to nearly 348 million euros corresponding to the issue of approximately 14 million new shares, or 0.6% of AXA’s capital.
At the end of this year’s operation, AXA employees will hold 4.36% of its capital and 5.86% of its voting rights.
