Waffles without flour: the ingredients
For about 8 waffles you need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 75 g of fine oatmeal
- 75 g ground almonds
- 250 ml vegetable milk (e.g. almond milk)
- Oil for greasing
Preparation: waffles without flour
- Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl, then add the oatmeal, ground almonds and vegetable milk.
- Let the dough for the waffles swell without flour for about 15 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, add a little mineral water.
- Heat the waffle iron, grease it with a little vegetable oil and add 2-3 tablespoons of waffle batter. Bake the waffles without flour for a few minutes until golden brown.
