Franchise Baldur’s Gate is on a roll right now, and not just because Larian Studios finalize his Baldur’s Gate IIIcurrently in Early Accessfor 2023. Black Isle Studios indeed released the spin off Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance on modern home consoles and then for the first time on PC last December.
The next step is its sequel! Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance IIreleased in 2004 on PS2 and Xbox, has just been confirmed by a teaser for a launch in 2022 on current platforms, which could happen sooner than we imagine. The video is not chatty, but the teams ofInterplay and Black Isle have nevertheless dropped that all versions should this time be released at the same time, including on personal computers, and that a Switch edition is still relevant.
