To do this, a reporter from the show managed to get hired by Hoïst, a company specializing in loan payment support. Filmed on a hidden camera, the latter was able to collect testimonials from employees, former or current. "We play on the ignorance of people", "It's a bit as if we were the garbage collectors of the consumer society", can we hear among the many confessions. Legal action to cancel the broadcast

In order to strengthen interactivity with Internet users, France 2 simply decided to broadcast the report Cash Investigation in preview on its site, one week before its broadcast. An initiative that did not delight the Hoïst company, which has, according to The Parisian, brought legal action against the channel to cancel the television broadcast. According to the magazine, company employees argued "an attack on the image, violation of privacy, security and the risk of reprisals", believing to be easily identifiable. For his part, Hoïst invoked an article of the Labor Code which requires him to ensure "safety and protect physical and mental health" of its staff. A request rejected by the Paris tribunal de grande instance.
