(CercleFinance.com) – BASF announced on Wednesday that its last bond issue, for an amount of 1.5 billion euros, was nearly three times oversubscribed.
These two tranches of senior unsecured bonds, which have maturities of six and 10 years, have been the subject of a total demand of around 3.9 billion euros from investors, indicates the German chemist in a statement.
