(CercleFinance.com) – The real estate development group Bassac indicates that it has finalized the acquisition, on September 30, of 55% of the capital of Maisons Baijot. Dany Baijot remains a 45% partner and will continue his day-to-day management duties within the acquired company.
A company specializing in the construction of houses in Wallonia, and which has more recently developed a house and apartment development activity, Maisons Baijot achieved in 2021 a turnover of more than 65 million euros.
