Finalization of the acquisition of 55% of the capital of Maisons Baijot
Bassac finalized the acquisition on September 30, 2022 of 55% of the capital of Maisons Baijot.
Created more than 35 years ago by Joseph Baijot and managed by Dany Baijot, the company specializes in the construction of houses in Wallonia, and has more recently developed a business of promoting houses and apartments.
Dany Baijot remains a 45% partner and will continue his day-to-day management duties within Maisons Baijot.
