The home medical assistance specialist is starting 2022 with three external growth operations. The group has indeed announced the acquisition of three companies, each specializing in different areas: online sales of medical devices, bringing together healthcare professionals and infusion.
These acquisitions follow the recent successful refinancing operation, which allowed the company to resume its acquisition policy. With the aim of increasing the share of digital in its activity, Bastide has thus taken over Distrimed, ” French number 2 for online sales of medical devices for healthcare professionals “, Specifies Bastide in its press release, as well as Care Service,” which offers innovative digital solutions for networking between healthcare professionals “.
High added value professions

Distrimed and Care Service will be included in the accounts on December 1, 2021, while Saad Perfusion will be on January 1, 2022.
