(CercleFinance.com) – Bastide publishes a turnover of 508 ME for the 22/23 financial year, up 8.5% compared to the previous financial year (including 5% in organic growth).
At the same time, EBITDA increased by 5.6% to reach 101.6 ME, exceeding for the first time the symbolic threshold of 100 ME, and current operating profit reached 42.8 ME (+10%).
Net income from continuing activities increased by +10.8% to reach €16.8 million, after a tax charge of €6 million.
The group’s share of net income, however, fell by 12.4%, to 12 ME, with discontinued activities generating a net loss of 4 ME, including -4.9 ME linked to the cessation of non-strategic service activities linked to to the Care Service software offering.
Driven by the dynamism of home health services, organic growth should remain sustained over the 2023-2024 financial year. The Bastide Group thus confirms its turnover objective of €540 million on the current scope.
The generation of cash flows will be primarily allocated to reducing the Group’s debt, which however remains on the lookout for acquisition opportunities in line with the international development strategy.
