In the coming week the new part of the “Battlefield” series appears. But fans can start playing today.

Actually, the wait for “Battlefield 2042” won’t end for a week. The latest in the long-running series will officially be released on November 19th for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S. However, gamers have several options to start playing today, Friday.

Up to 128 players (64 players on Xbox One and PS4) plunge into massive battles in “Battlefield 2042”. In addition to the return of classic modes such as “Conquest” and “Breakthrough”, the game also has a new “Battlefield Hazard Zone” to offer. In the not too distant future, a team of four will have to recover and extract data drives. Players have the following options to start on November 12th.

This is how it works with the earlier access

In addition to the standard version of the game, which will be available from November 19th, there are also “Gold” and “Ultimate” editions. The latter conditions contain different bonuses. This includes what is known as “Early Access” to the game, which can start today, Friday.

Another option is to become a member of the Electronic Arts in-house service. This gives users access to numerous games from the publisher. Users with “EA Play Pro” get full access to the “Battlefield 2042 Ultimate Edition”. “EA Play” members will have a total of ten hours of viewing prior to the game’s regular release on November 19th.

There is also the ten-hour trial period, the “Play First Trial”, for members of “Xbox Game Pass Ultimate” and “Xbox Game Pass PC”. Because the subscription service from Microsoft also includes an “EA Play” membership.
