BD MULTIMEDIA: Publication date of the accounts for the 2023 financial year – 04/30/2024 at 8:00 p.m.


We would like to inform our shareholders and partners that the publication of our annual results will be postponed until May 14, 2024.

This additional delay is due to several factors requiring special attention. Firstly, the consolidation of the accounts of our subsidiary Olympus Game AD revealed the complexity of certain operations carried out in 2023, which required in-depth accounting due diligence and therefore extended the period for finalizing the financial statements.

In addition, the launch of the fractional real estate activity by our 60%-owned subsidiary, DIVIZ, mentioned as a post-closing event, also influenced our calendar. These steps are crucial to ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial reporting.
