Johannes B. Kerner defeated Moritz Bleibtreu in “Beat the Star” and thus won the 100,000 euros.
Moderator Johannes B. Kerner (58) won the ProSieben show “Beat the Star” against actor Moritz Bleibtreu (51) on Saturday evening (February 4). In the end he won after twelve games with 64:14 points. The two celebrities dueled, among other things, when crushing cans, flipping pylons, on the basketball hoop, in karts, rebuilding Lego figures that were briefly shown, “Armchair Ball” or the classic game “Shame or Cash In”. As always, the presenter of the show, Elton (51), was there.
As usual, the winner of the evening received prize money of 100,000 euros. In an Instagram story, Johannes B. Kerner reads about a picture showing the two opponents at the end of the show: “Thank you for a really nice evening of games. Hard and fair.”
“It’s great fun”
In addition, the current winner of the show said, according to broadcaster ProSieben: “It was a very entertaining, but also very exhausting evening. Even for someone who has been on television before: totally psycho. When you realize that Moritz has done something well, you are You’re immediately under double the pressure. But it’s great fun. It’s just a game night. I hesitated to come here for a long time – I could have come earlier!”
Moritz Bleibtreu pays tribute to his opponent after the show: “It was an exciting evening. I really enjoyed it. Congratulations to Johannes. Impressive. The man is just good and rightly won. I’ll probably be angry for a few days about the missed chances. I think overall we both did pretty well. But: JB – congratulations!”
Who will compete against each other in the next edition of “Schlag den Star” is already certain: on March 11, 2023, Janin Ullmann (41) and Jeanette Biedermann (42) will be seen in a duel live on ProSieben.
