Even the artist did not expect this: Ben Zucker (36) conquered with his album "Who says that ?! encore!" actually the top of the official German album charts. In an interview with the news agency spot on news, he admits that he himself was surprised by this success. Above all, it was important to him that he could present the new songs to his fans, which is why he didn't think too much about chart placement.
"But of course I'm really happy about the success," admits the German pop singer. And how does he explain this success? "I always stay true to myself and I am always a friend of clear words and emotional moments. Maybe that will help," said Zucker. In times of the Corona crisis, he was also very much at home and used the time to write new songs. He was only traveling "digitally" a lot and had already given a living room concert for his fans.
In general, however, sugar apparently slowly sees light at the end of the tunnel. With him, too, a certain normality is increasingly moving into his life and work: "The first TV programs start, smaller radio interviews take place – a nice feeling that it is starting very slowly."
