(CercleFinance.com) – The Group announces a turnover of 1,227.1 ME for the 2021 financial year, up 11.9% in published data compared to 2020 pro forma.
EBITDA amounted to 181.6 ME or 14.8% of Group turnover. It is up sharply for both divisions (15.6% Boat EBITDA margin, up 5.9 points and 10% Housing, up 4.8 points vs 2020 pro forma).
Current operating income (COI) amounted to 95.8 ME, significantly better than the forecast of November 9, 2021 (59 to 65 ME). Net income stands at 73.3 ME for the 2021 financial year.
‘Fiscal 2022 revenue could reach 11-14% growth on a reported basis. This commercial dynamic should favor a continued improvement in current operating income, which should be between 110 and 120 ME for the 2022 financial year,” the group indicates.
