Barely two days after its launch with fanfare, on January 1, the Bercy one-stop shop, intended to facilitate administrative procedures for companies, was hacked, qualified as a “major computer attack”.
In detail, the attacker bombarded the servers with 100,000 modification requests per second, which made access to the service inaccessible. This is what cybersecurity experts call a DDOS attack (read: What is a DDoS attack? All you need to know to recognize and protect yourself from them).

But this Monday at the end of the afternoon the incident seemed resolved. Still, this piracy is yet another problem for this new service.
Many technical bugs are indeed reported by several professions, such as “connection difficulties”, “fields not accessible for mandatory data” or even “too much information requested from business leaders” according to Le Figaro . The Ministry of the Economy had replied: “We do not go from 30% to 100% dematerialization without jolts”.
This one-stop shop should replace the 6 networks of business formalities centres. Each week, 70,000 procedures are recorded in France by these various services, including, for example, business creations, cessations of activity, or even changes in status.
