(Boursier.com) — The shareholders of Bernard Loiseau SA, met in a mixed annual general meeting, at the head office in Saulieu, on Friday April 8, 2022 at 10 a.m. The 9 resolutions were adopted by a majority of the votes of the shareholders present, represented and having voted by correspondence.
In particular, the shareholders have, as in past years, approved the principle of allocating the results “to retained earnings”. Bernard Loiseau will therefore not distribute a dividend for the 2021 financial year.
