The cast of the series Daredevil: Born Again becomes clearer. Some actors from the Netflix series are returning, while others are not considered by Disney+.
Daredevil will be back in a reboot that isn’t quite a reboot while still being a reboot: the series Daredevil Born Again is scheduled for Disney+ in the spring of 2024 with no less than 18 episodes. Since the cancellation of the much-loved Netflix series, this long-awaited return.

The Marvel series broadcast by Netflix extended their galaxy of characters to the Punisher. First introduced in Season 2 of Daredevil as an antagonist, he then got his own series. As the Disney+ series is a semi-reboot, the role will be the same… but with a few differences, which we don’t know much about at the moment. In any case, we must not take for granted what could have happened in the Netflix series – we will be in a parallel universe.
Karen and Foggy in Daredevil: Born Again?
The Hollywood Reporter’s sources, however, deliver heartbreaking news: Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson are not in the cast (for now) of the Disney + series. The first played Karen Page, while the second played the role of Foggy / Franklin Nelson. They are, however, two major characters in the life of Matt Murdock. Not to mention that Woll and Henson delivered a very endearing performance. The absence of the duo will be notable.
However, we do not know if this absence is the sign of a recasting, with another actress and another actor in these roles, or if the characters will simply not be present in the script (thus suggesting despite everything a possible return to the MCU, in a season 2 or another production).
